Schizotypal PD involves absurdly inadequate thinking, behavior, and perception of reality. It is the most severe personality disorder within Cluster A, coming very close to schizophrenia in its symptoms, but without chronic delusions or hallucinations. Individuals believe in telepathy, magic, signs, and omens — and structure their lives according to these beliefs.
